The International Institute, FOCUS St. Louis, and the Holden Public Policy Forum at Webster University present: HIRE: Economic Diversity Roundtable A roundtable discussion about the benefits of immigration in the St. Louis region. Panelists include: -Bob Holden, Former Missouri Governor and Founder of the Holden Public Policy Forum at Webster University -Kim Allen Murray, Managing Attorney for the Immigration Law Project, Legal Services of Eastern Missouri -Joan Suarez, Board Chair, Missouri Immigrant & Refugee Advocates -Reena Hajat Carroll, Executive Director, Diversity Awareness Partnership -Pari Sheth, Attorney and Business Coach, Law Offices of Pari Sheth LLC Moderated by Anna Crosslin, President and CEO, International Institute of St. Louis This is a community outreach program to educate employers, employees, immigrants, and the general public on hiring immigrants. The acronym HIRE means “Hiring Immigrants: Responsibilities of Employers” or “Hiring Immigrants: Rights of Employees,” depending on the audience.
